Acerca de la observación

Puedes usar la API REST para suscribirte a las notificaciones de actividad en un repositorio. En su lugar, para marcar un repositorio, consulta Puntos de conexión de la API de REST para marcar con estrella.

Inspeccionar frente a marcar con estrella

En agosto de 2012, cambiamos el funcionamiento de la inspección en GitHub. Es posible que algunas aplicaciones cliente de la API sigan usando los puntos de conexión de "inspección" originales para acceder a estos datos. Ahora deberías usar los puntos de conexión de "estrella" como sustitución. Para obtener más información, consulte Puntos de conexión de la API de REST para marcar con estrella y la publicación del registro de cambios.

En las respuestas de la API de REST, subscribers_count corresponde al número de inspectores, mientras que watchers, watchers_count y stargazers_count corresponden al número de usuarios que han marcado con estrella un repositorio.

Set a repository subscription

If you would like to watch a repository, set subscribed to true. If you would like to ignore notifications made within a repository, set ignored to true. If you would like to stop watching a repository, delete the repository's subscription completely.

Delete a repository subscription

This endpoint should only be used to stop watching a repository. To control whether or not you wish to receive notifications from a repository, set the repository's subscription manually.
