Issue およびPull Requestをアサインされた人について

この REST API を使い、Issue と pull request で担当者を表示、追加、削除できます。すべてのPull Requestは Issue ですが、すべての Issue がPull Requestというわけではありません。このため、担当者、ラベル、マイルストーンの管理など、両機能で "共通する" アクションは Issues エンドポイント内に用意されています。

Check if a user can be assigned

Checks if a user has permission to be assigned to an issue in this repository.

If the assignee can be assigned to issues in the repository, a 204 header with no content is returned.

Otherwise a 404 status code is returned.
